Help

Welcome to the SUEPO helpdesk for questions and issues concerning the SUEPO websites.
Technical support
To report technical problems, dead links, bugs or anything else related to the SUEPO websites, please write to webmaster (at) suepo.org.
Access to the members area
To find out how to access the full content of the website (restricted members area), please read the full instructions.
If you are a SUEPO member and have subscribed to the mailing lists of your local section, you receive the monthly password by email at the beginning of each month. Through the news mailing lists we also keep you informed about current developments concerning SUEPO, the EPO and related topics.
Email delivery and spam filters
Email providers have tightened their spam filtering considerably in recent years, and we have no control over how your provider filters incoming mail. SUEPO emails, including the monthly password and newsletters, may therefore end up in your spam folder or, in some cases, not be delivered at all. Please check your spam folder regularly and add SUEPO to your allowed senders (whitelist) as explained below.
Tip: With the SUEPO App you receive the latest publications directly on your phone, independently of email and spam filters. Download it from Google Play or the App Store.
RSS feeds
You can also follow publications from SUEPO and the Staff Representatives via RSS: How to configure Outlook to receive RSS feeds (PDF)
How to whitelist SUEPO emails

The easiest way is to allow the two SUEPO domains, suepo.org and lists.suepo.org. This covers all SUEPO email addresses and mailing lists. If your provider only accepts individual addresses, add the addresses below instead.
| SUEPO domains | |
|---|---|
| All SUEPO addresses | suepo.org |
| All mailing lists | lists.suepo.org |
| Individual addresses | |
| SUEPO Central | webmaster (at) suepo.org central (at) suepo.org |
| SUEPO Munich | munich (at) suepo.org |
| SUEPO The Hague | hague (at) suepo.org |
| SUEPO Berlin | lb-berlin (at) suepo.org |
| SUEPO Vienna | vienna (at) suepo.org |
When entering an address, type @ instead of (at). The addresses are written this way to protect them from spam. If you do not know the mailing list addresses of your local section, please ask at webmaster (at) suepo.org or contact your local section directly.
Using a phone or tablet? Most mail apps cannot create these settings. Make them once in a web browser using the steps below; they then also apply in the app. Alternatively, open the SUEPO email in your spam folder, mark it as Not spam and add the sender to your contacts.
